9th day of training

(i was using my right hand to cover up my FATS!!)
Today went gym with jeremy,alex and joseph. They did chest for today as for me Edwina hlep me plan a rountie of excerise to follow. I did according la. The rountie was tired sia. Edwina is a fitness trainer attach down there and somehow i became her guinea pig!!!
Below are the rountie
- Bench press {5 sets 10 reps ->40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, 60kg(total weight)}
- Dumbbell bench press {4 sets 10 reps ->35lbs, 40lbs, 45lbs(each dumbbell)}
- Cross cable {4 sets 10 reps -> 20lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs(each side)}
- triceps pull down {4 sets 10 reps -> 25lbs, 35lbs, 40lbs, 45lbs}
- biceps curl {4 sets 10 reps -> 20lbs, 25lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs }
- lats pull down {4 sets 10 reps -> 35lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs}
- Dumbbell fly {4 sets 10 reps -> 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs }
- Bumbbell Shoulder press {4 sets 10 reps -> 25lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs}
- Ran 1.2km
Ps (Edwina is STRONG, Guys dare to challenge her in pull up?? u dont stand a chance)
