Lost count in training
Hello everyone, was very very busy this few days so dont have time to update!!! Die le, i lose count of my training days. I didn't train for like 3 days le not because i am lazy k was really too busy. Today finally went to gym. The most sian thing is i took a COMFORT CAB to school. Dont have enough cash so decided to pay by nets! WHo knows the taxi uncle told me NETS SPOIL!!!!
Lucky i was meeting joseph and alex before going into gym if not i confirm die le!!!

Below are what i did
Bench press {4 sets 10 reps ->60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 85kg(total weight plus barbell)}
Dumbbell bench press {4 sets 10 reps ->35lbs, 40lbs, 45lbs,50lbs(each dumbbell)}
Cross cable {4 sets 10 reps -> 20lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs(each side)}
triceps pull down {4 sets 10 reps -> 30lbs, 35lbs, 40lbs, 45lbs}
lats pull down {4 sets 10 reps -> 35lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs}
Bumbbell Shoulder press {4 sets 10 reps -> 25lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs 40lbs}
no picture casue phone spoil...any kind soul want to buy me one???
